Book

Book one appointment per person. Arrive for your appointment 10mins early. Your appointment will be 1–1.5 hours for medical or 30 minutes for X-ray only.

Medical Exam

May include medical, chest x-ray, routine blood and urine tests.
All tests are performed at our clinic. You must bring your valid passport with you.

Our Fees

Note: For Chest X-Ray you will be referred to get this completed off-site. Payment for Chest X-Ray will be paid at Radiology.

GENERAL eMEDICAL – NO X-RAY

Our fee includes, consultation with the Panel Physician, routine urine for applicants over 5 years of age, digital photo and submission of your eMedical to INZ, Please bring your valid passport with you to your appointment.

If you require a translator, please bring someone who can speak English with you.

  • 0-1 year$180.00
  • 1-14 years$200.00
  • 15-17 years$430.00 Plus $60 Admin Fee.
  • 18-69 years$440.00 Plus $60 Admin Fee.
  • 70+ years$540.00 Plus $60 Admin Fee. Includes a Mini Mental Exam (Brain Function Test)

LIMITED eMEDICAL – NO X-RAY

Our fee includes, consultation with the Panel Physician, digital photo and submission of your eMedical to INZ. Please bring your valid Passport with you to your appointment.

If you require a translator, please bring someone who can speak English with you.

  • 0-1 year$150.00
  • 1-14 years$170.00
  • 15+ years$305.00 Plus $40 Admin Fee.

CHEST X-RAY – WITHOUT A MEDICAL

For applicants 11+ years old and includes INZ’s eMedical registration, digital photo, chest x-ray appointment and submission of your Chest x-ray to NZ Immigration. An appointment will be created for you at either Wellington Imaging or Pacific Radiology according to your preference and clinic availability.

 

  • Wellington Imaging$165.00 excluding $60.00 admin fee and registration total paid at Capital Medical Assessments $225
  • Pacific Radiology$195.00 excluding $60.00 admin fee and registration cost paid to CMA and $195 to be paid at Pacific Radiology.

CHEST X-RAY - WITH A MEDICAL

For applicants aged 11+ that require a chest x-ray with their Medical, an appointment will be created for you at either Wellington Imaging or Pacific Radiology based on your preference and clinic availability. Fees to be paid at the radiology centre at the time of appointment.

Only applicable if you are booked for a Medical appointment with us.

There will also be an admin/bleeding fee of $60.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The following fees will be charged for non-attendance or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time for a Chest X-Ray booking – $50.00
